As the owner of an interior design business it’s so important that you make a positive first impression with your photos, videos and other visual marketing content.
Since your content has to look amazing you need to hire a professional photographer, but not just any photographer. Instead, you want to look for a photographer that is experienced when it comes to homes, offices and other buildings here in Kenosha and Racine and throughout Southeast Wisconsin.
They might cost a little more than an inexperienced photographer, but the benefits for you to have more customers asking about your DESIGNS will make it all worthwhile.

Our photo shoot bookings take place online. BOOK NOW
However, you can also call or text our office on 262-960-5168 during business hours if you have any questions or if you would like to book a shoot that way.
Our real estate photography packages are available across Southeast Wisconsin, and includes:
Kenosha
Racine
Lake Geneva
Oak Creek
Burlington
Extra charges will apply for any photo shoots beyond 30 miles from Racine, however we are able to shoot anywhere within Wisconsin.
For further details please send us an email or call 262-960-5168.
The amount of time it takes to do a full real estate photo shoot will vary, depending on the package that is booked and the services that are included.
Typically, a photo shoot will take up to 2 hours, though if other services are booked (such as video or floorplan) then allow extra time.
If it’s important that you know the time beforehand, please have a chat with us and we can give you an estimate based on the booking that is made.
All of the photos from your real estate photo session will be delivered the next day.
If you require faster delivery, please chat with Joe Franklin Photography before you book your photo shoot and we’ll do what we can to meet your needs (but we can’t make any promises until we chat, as it all depends on how busy we are that day).
We often encounter difficult weather here in Kenosha and Racine, and that can have a detrimental effect on a real estate photo session. We are happy to reschedule a shoot at short notice if the weather turns poor, however, we always leave it up to our clients to decide if they would like to proceed or not.
If a client does choose to proceed, and then later decides that they would like to have some or all of the photos taken again, further charges will apply.
Clients today scroll endlessly through Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook looking for inspiration and talent. Before they schedule a consultation, they’re already forming opinions based on the photos they see. High-quality imagery can position you as the go-to interior designer in Wisconsin, while poor-quality photos can send the wrong message fast.
