As the owner of a building business it’s so important that you make a positive first impression with your photos, videos and other visual marketing content.
Since your content has to look amazing you need to hire a professional photographer, but not just any photographer. Instead, you want to look for a photographer that is experienced when it comes to homes, offices and other buildings here in Kenosha, Racine and throughout Southeast Wisconsin.
They might cost a little more than an inexperienced photographer, but the benefits for you to have more customers asking about your builds and renovations will make it all worthwhile.

The amount of time it takes to do a full real estate photo shoot will vary, depending on the package that is booked and the services that are included.
Typically, a photo shoot will take up to 2 hours, though if other services are booked (such as video or floorplan) then allow extra time.
If it’s important that you know the time beforehand, please have a chat with us and we can give you an estimate based on the booking that is made.
All of the photos from your real estate photo session will be delivered the next day.
If you require faster delivery, please chat with Joe Franklin Photography before you book your photo shoot and we’ll do what we can to meet your needs (but we can’t make any promises until we chat, as it all depends on how busy we are that day).
We often encounter difficult weather here in Kenosha and Racine, and that can have a detrimental effect on a real estate photo session. We are happy to reschedule a shoot at short notice if the weather turns poor, however, we always leave it up to our clients to decide if they would like to proceed or not.
If a client does choose to proceed, and then later decides that they would like to have some or all of the photos taken again, further charges will apply.

We live in an image-driven world. Social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn flood consumers with visuals every day — shaping their first impressions instantly. In 1970, about 10 billion photos were taken worldwide. By 2000, that number rose to 86 billion. In 2023? Over 1.6 trillion images were captured.
That means long before a homeowner or commercial client meets you, they’re already seeing your work — on your website, Google Business page, or social media. Those images tell your story before you ever get a chance to.
In real estate, they talk about curb appeal — the way a property’s exterior draws people in. For your construction or remodeling business, your project photos are your curb appeal.
You can choose to present a polished, professional brand that inspires confidence — or one that feels rushed and budget-focused. Either way, your images speak volumes about who you are and what kind of work you deliver.
Professional photography doesn’t just show your workmanship — it communicates your values.
It tells potential clients:
How much pride you take in your craft.
How seriously you take presentation and quality.
Whether you’re a builder who invests in excellence.
If an image truly is worth a thousand words, make sure those words reflect trust, craftsmanship, and professionalism — not shortcuts.

High-quality photos and videos do more than showcase your latest project. They build credibility and trust — the foundation of any successful contracting business.
Because the truth is simple:
Excellent photography sells excellent builder businesses.
When your visuals reflect precision, attention to detail, and pride in your work, potential clients see those same qualities in your brand. That’s how builders and remodelers in Kenosha, Racine, and throughout Southeast Wisconsin can position themselves as leaders in their market.
When interior designers invest in visual marketing, they elevate:
Social media engagement
Website conversions
Online reviews and portfolio perception
Brand reputation throughout Wisconsin
Strong imagery consistently attracts clients who appreciate premium design — and budget for it.
More design inquiries are happening online than ever. Clients search phrases like:
“Interior designer in Kenosha”
“Interior designer Racine Wisconsin”
“Wisconsin home remodel designer”
The portfolio they see determines who they contact.
Professional photos help you rise above competing interior designers in Southeast Wisconsin, making your projects memorable and desirable.
If you’re an builder in Wisconsin ready to:
✅ Showcase your best work
✅ Attract higher-value clients
✅ Grow your presence in Kenosha and Racine
✅ Stand out in search results
✅ Strengthen your visual identity
then professional photography and videography are essential.
Your portfolio is more than pictures — it’s your brand, your story, and your competitive edge.
Don’t let subpar photos define your craftsmanship. Professional construction photography is one of the smartest marketing investments you can make. It tells your story, shows your value, and sets your business apart from the competition — one image at a time.
