However, the license is for your use only. You can’t transfer the photos to other businesses, agents, or third parties without prior approval. Since Joe Franklin Photography retains ownership of the images, any additional use outside of what’s included in our original agreement — whether by you or someone else — requires written permission and may involve an additional licensing fee.
“What if I’m not happy with the photos or anything else you do?”
We’ll work closely with you before the shoot and on the day to make sure the styling and the photography match your expectations. However, if you are disappointed by our work then we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This means that we’ll either edit the images or reshoot them, and if we still can’t get it right then you won’t pay for either that individual photo or, if needed, the entire photo shoot.
